Overview

Sumstone is a math puzzle game. We do not collect, store, or sell any personal data. This policy explains the third-party services the app uses and what data they may handle on your device.

Advertising - Google AdMob

Sumstone uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to serve and measure ads. This is handled entirely by Google; Sumstone does not receive or store this data.

In-App Purchases - RevenueCat

Sumstone uses RevenueCat to manage optional subscriptions. RevenueCat may process transaction data (e.g. purchase receipts) to validate entitlements. Sumstone does not receive your payment details.

Data We Collect

We do not collect any personal data - no names, email addresses, location, or analytics - beyond what AdMob and RevenueCat require to function. No accounts are required to use the app.

Children's Privacy

Sumstone does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our app, please contact us so we can address it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Sumstone, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The Service

Sumstone is a free math puzzle game available on iOS and Android. The app includes optional in-app subscriptions that remove ads and may unlock additional features. Core gameplay is available at no cost.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Optional subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription management, billing, and cancellations are handled by those platforms and by RevenueCat. We do not process or store payment information directly.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.

Third-Party Services

Sumstone integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms and policies:

Google AdMob - provides advertising in the free version of the app. Subject to Google Terms of Service.

RevenueCat - manages in-app subscription entitlements. Subject to RevenueCat Terms of Service.

No Warranty

Sumstone is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sumstone and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
