Habit data is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or store personal habit data on any server.
We do not use any analytics or tracking SDKs. Your usage is entirely private.
In-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives anonymous purchase data (transaction IDs, subscription status) but no personal habit data. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.
Push notification tokens are stored locally and used only to deliver reminders you configure. We do not send marketing notifications.
Stellar Habits uses the following third-party services: Apple App Store (purchases) and RevenueCat (subscription management). No other third-party services are used.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By downloading or using Stellar Habits you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Stellar Habits for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit the app or its content.
Stellar Habits Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
You are responsible for the data you enter into the app. Habit data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or any other cause.
All content, design, code, and branding in Stellar Habits are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our prior written consent.
Stellar Habits is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Stellar Habits at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
