Choreganized ("the app") is designed to help you track maintenance reminders, health appointments, car service, home upkeep, and personal tasks. Your privacy is important to us.
All personal data you enter into Choreganized — including reminders, schedules, entity names, and task details — is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that collect or store your personal information. No personal task or reminder data is transmitted to our servers or any cloud service.
Choreganized may request permission to send you local push notifications for reminders and task alerts. These notifications are generated entirely on your device. No notification content is transmitted to our servers or any external service.
Choreganized uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. When you make a purchase, RevenueCat processes the transaction and stores a record of your purchase history, a pseudonymous user identifier, and device and platform information (such as OS version, device type, and locale) used for fraud prevention and subscription validation. This data is used solely to validate your subscription status and restore purchases across devices. Your RevenueCat purchase record persists after you uninstall the app; to request deletion, contact us and we will submit a deletion request on your behalf. The app does not include any analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or tracking pixels. The only third-party service integrated is RevenueCat for purchase management as described above.
We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, health data, or any other personal information. We do not track your usage patterns or share data with advertisers.
If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with applicable privacy laws, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of information held about you. Because we store no personal data on our servers, the only data subject to such requests is the pseudonymous purchase record held by RevenueCat. To exercise these rights, contact us at choreganized@gmail.com and we will coordinate with RevenueCat on your behalf.
Choreganized does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app does not require account creation and stores no personal data on external servers.
If we update this privacy policy, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.

By downloading or using Choreganized, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Choreganized is a local task and reminder tracker that helps you manage household chores, maintenance schedules, and personal reminders. All data is stored on your device; no account is required and no data is transmitted to our servers.
Some features of Choreganized are available through an optional paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play, and purchase processing is handled by RevenueCat. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Play Store account settings. We do not process payments directly and have no access to your payment information. All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the App Store or Google Play. We do not process refunds directly.
Use of Choreganized's subscription features is also subject to RevenueCat's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
All content, branding, and design within Choreganized — including the app name, icon, and interface — are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the app without prior written permission.
Choreganized is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use the app at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed appointments, lost data, or device issues. In no event shall the developer's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any features at any time without notice. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
